PL will give its workers one-day leave for every feast on weekends

The Labour Party announced that it will give its employees a one-day leave for every public feast which falls on weekends.

The party’s chief executive, Randolph De Battista, said in a statement that the Labour Party wants to send a strong message in favour of the principle that the Government started introducing gradually from this year.

Therefore, PL stated that it will give its workers a day leave for every feast, which this year will amount to four.

De Battista added that at a time when the economy is experiencing a strong moment, the worker should also enjoy this success.
