PN aims to achieve level of excellence in mental health sector- Dr Grech

Nationalist Party leader Bernard Grech has said that the Nationalist Party aimed to achieve a level of excellence in the mental health sector.

Dr Grech was heading a Nationalist Party delegation during a meeting with the Richmond Foundation, led by Chief Executive Stephania Dimech Sant.

Bernard Grech mentioned that the Nationalist Party wanted to close down Mount Carmel hospital in order to remove the existing stigma and to be able to offer a service of the highest quality in the best possible environment.

Bernard Grech praised the Foundation’s commitment, saying it inspired trust and did a lot of good.

During the meeting Dr Grech was accompanied by Health Spokesman Dr. Stephen Spiteri and General Election Candidate Julie Zahra.
