Police appeal to public not to approach Dwejra Window area

The Police are warning the public against approaching the area of the Dwejra Window because of danger from the bad weather and the rocks, after the Window collapsed this morning and vanished completely. In this kind of bad weather the waves reach up onto the rocks, making the area very dangerous. Besides, the rock in the area may be weaker following the collapse of the Window, and it is not excluded that another part may also give way. It is therefore important for the public not to approach the edge of the cliff.
