Police called to assist following an argument involving a client who entered a gaming shop with his dog

The Police was this evening requested to assist following an argument at a gaming shop on the Ta’ Xbiex shoreline.

The Police told TVM that it was informed about the case at around 6.00pm where it initially received a report of an attempted robbery.

When RIU members arrived on site, they faced another situation of an ensuing argument when a client entered the gaming shop with a dog and allegedly refused to exit the shop due to his dog.

The Police said the situation was calmed down and those involved were taken to a health clinic for possible slight injuries.
