Police not excluding criminal charges in connection with Halyna Hutchins death

US Police authorities are not excluding filing criminal charges in connection with the accidental death on the set of the film ‘Rust’ in New Mexico.

Actor Alec Baldwin accidentally killed Director of Photography Halyna Hutchins and injured a director on the set when he thought the weapon he was firing did not carry live rounds.

Investigators concluded there could have been complicity that contributed to the incident. The Police said they are presently considering everything and have not excluded anyone.

So far the Police have gathered some 600 items as evidence, including three firearms. The Police added that there were some 100 persons on set on the day of the accident, and the firearm had been handled by another two persons before it ended up in Baldwin’s hands.
