Probation sentence after admitting drugs possession

A 43-year old Briton, Neil Andrew Bebbington who lives in Żebbuġ, Gozo, was handed a probation sentence after he admitted possession of cocaine and cannabis in 2018.

He was also accused that the drugs were not for his personal use and that he cultivated cannabis plants.

Presiding Magistrate Monica Vella considered while delivering the sentence that the accused collaborated with the police and admitted charges in the early stages of the case.
