Are you ready to pay for WhatsApp?

Facebook Inc intends to recover the costs for acquiring WhatsApp three years ago, as it is planning to introduce fees for businesses using the service.

WhatsApp had cost Facebook company $22 billion and now Facebook Inc controls the two giant communication means, apart from other small companies which the company also acquired in the past 13 years.

WhatsApp is used by around one billion people daily around the world. WhatsApp Operations Chief told the Wall Street Journal that in the future the company will request businesses to pay for the service.

Currently, the company is testing a software permitting business contacts to have a green badge, which means they are approved by WhatsApp.
