Residents who form part of the Environmental Network of residents in Attard were asked to take part in a public discussion about the Central Link traffic project.
They expressed their concern for this project including that 28,000 square metres of agricultural land will be removed and is to be replaced by a road. They also said that around 850 square metres of greenhouses are going to be destroyed and a number of parking spaces will disappear.
The residents of Attard said that they are disappointed because of the lack of consultation by the Government with Attard residents and the local council.
