Scottish Court says Boris Johnson acted unlawfully

The Scottish Court has declared that the suspension of the British Parliament ordered by Prime Minister Boris Johnson goes against the law.

Three Judges in the Court of Appeal stated this in regard to the British Government’s decision.

It is not yet known whether this decision by the Court will lead to the Prime Minister retracting on the issue.
