Sends cat to animal sanctuary with mail

In Taiwan, a man was fined after he sent a cat with the mail postage.

The 33-year old man was find $1,952 for breaching animal laws.

The man wanted to dispose of his cat, placed him in a box and sent him with mail to the animals sanctuary.

The man said he wanted to give away the cat as he could not take care of it, adding that the cat had mobility problems.
