Seven tourists injured when rocks fell from bay cliffs

At least seven tourists were injured, however none are in critical condition, when part of the cliffs collapsed in the Navagio popular bay, which is situated on one of the Zakynthos Greek islands.

Many small boats overturned due to great waves created by the collapse of the rocks from the cliffs. Persons on site said they heard a great noise as three rocks consequently fell at sea.

Navagio, also known as the shipwreck bay, is popular with tourists due to its cliff surroundings. The bay can only be reached by boat and attracts thousands of tourists.
