Should immigrants be given the right to vote?

The Director of Aditus Dr Neil Falzon believes that immigrants should be given the right to vote.

When he was being interviewed on the programme Insights, Dr Falzon said that if a person has been living in Malta for several years they should be given the right to vote if they have been paying national insurance and tax, or are contributing in some way to society.
