Six months’ imprisonment for trying to leave Malta with false passports

Two Sudanese women, Khadija Mohamed and Hamida Safa, were accused of having falsified passports to enable them to travel to Brussels.

The two female immigrants were assisted by a third person to acquire false passports. They admitted to their allegations and were each sentenced to six months’ imprisonment.
