Six policemen injured in explosion near Egyptian security building

A security building in Egypt was rocked by a car bomb in the early hours of this morning.

The Egyptian Home Affairs minister said that so far, no one has been reported to have been killed, however six policeman were injured in the explosion. The Minister said that at around 2am in Cairo, a man parked his car in front of the building, ran out and escaped on a motorcycle which was behind the car.  A few seconds later the car bomb exploded leaving a huge hole in the road and causing damage to parts of the government building.
