Teachers in School of English to strike tomorrow

The Union of Professional Educators – Voice of the Workers has advised that teachers at the Clubclass English Language School will be going on strike on Monday.

The Union said in a statement it has long been waiting for the owner of the school to hold discussions with them on existing issues, but no meeting has been held to date, although the owner had made contact with the ELT council last week and said discussions would start.

The union added that teachers would meet in front of the school tomorrow morning to protest against the fact that they are not being allowed to join this same union.
