The Queen cancels Northern Ireland visit on doctor’s orders

Quen Elizabeth II has cancelled her visit to Northern Ireland after her doctor advised her to rest for a few days.

The Queen, who is aged 95, is resting at Windsor Castle. She is still, however, expected to attend the climate change conference scheduled for later this month in Glasgow.

It is being reported that Her Majesty has expressed disappointment at the cancellation. She had intended to make a two-day trip to Northern Ireland.
