Woman seriously injured in Għajnsielem collision dies

The woman involved in a collision between two vehicles in Għajnsielem, Gozo, on the morrow of Santa Marija, has died.

The Latvian woman who was 41 years old and resided in Swieqi was on a Jago Jeep with three other persons.

She suffered very serious injuries when the Jeep collided with a Daihatsu Terios in which five other persons were riding.

The collision is subject to a Magisterial Inquiry initiated by Magistrate Bridget Sultana.
