Toddler falls to her death from cruise liner

An American toddler who was only a year and a half fell to her death after falling from a cruise-liner.

The tragic incident occurred on board the cruise liner Royal Caribbean which was docked in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

It seems that the girl was playing with her grandfather in a dining area of the ​​ship when she fell out of an open window. The elderly man put his granddaughter down inside the open window, lost his balance at which point the child slipped out of his hands.

The toddler was vacationing with her parents, her siblings and her four grandparents.

On board the cruise liner there were about 4,500 passengers including the crew who were expected to start a week’s journey.

The police are investigating the case but is being treated as unfortunate accident.
