Trump meets with founder of Twitter

US President Donald Trump has discussed social media with the co-founder of Twitter, Jack Dorsey at the White House.

In a statement, Twitter said that they focussed on the protection of the public conversation before the Presidential elections in the US next year.

Trump had accused Twitter of discriminating against him. However, in a Tweet he described his meeting with Mr Dorsey as a productive one. He tweeted that they had discussed a number of subjects about this online platform, and social media in general.
