Trump ready to respond following attacks on oil refineries in Saudi Arabia

The US has published satellite images to strengthen his arguments that Iran was the brains behind the attacks on oil refineries in Saudi Arabia.

On its part, Iran is denying any type of involvement in the attacks carried out on Saturday.

Earlier, the American Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, blamed Iran for the drone attack on the oil refineries. He refuted the statement of the Houthi rebels in Yemen that they had attacked the two facilities which belong to Aramco, a state-owned company.

This drone attack affected 5% of the global oil production and has led to an increase in the price of oil.

In a Tweet, President Donald Trump said that the country was ‘locked and loaded’ ready to approve a counter-attack when whoever was behind the attack becomes known.
