TVM’s Autumn and Winter Schedule starts tomorrow

Starting tomorrow, national stations will launch their new Autumn and Winter schedule of programs that will be accompanied by a mix of new and other programs that have built on the previous successes of recent years.

From Studio 1 of the Creativity Hub in Guardamangia, the news will be broadcast live at noon, at 6pm. (which includes a service for the deaf), while the main bulletin will continue to be broadcast daily at 8 p.m.

In addition, there will be continuous updates at various times of the day, including an update at 3.00pm on TVM, an update which will be added at 4.00pm on TVM2, and an English news update will also be broadcast at 8pm on TVM2 .

TVAM will return every morning during the week; and from Monday to Friday there will be a new current affairs program, Popolin, at 7.00pm.

From Monday to Friday afternoon the drama series Sorelle is set to continue. After the eight o’ clock news on Monday, the series ‘The Inspector” will begin, while on Tuesday the series “In Honor of Love” will continue.

On Wednesdays and Thursdays after the news the discussion programs – Mid-week Wednesday (L-Erbgha fost il-Gimgha) and Xtra – will be broadcast. Discussion programs will also be aired later in the evening on Monday (Realta’) and Friday (Insights).

The weekend will be dedicated to entertainment. After the news bulletin, on Friday evening SerataRon will keep viewers company while Saturday evening will see a selection of films and entertainment and on Sunday, Malta’s Got Talent.

When it comes to Sport, on TVM2 every day from Monday to Saturday there will be a half hour program dedicated to Sport: – Gozo Sports, Races Only, 3 Pointer, Ruggers, GFA Round Up and Knots. On Monday the program Offside will return; Sports Panorama will be aired on Friday and 90 Minutes (90 Minuta) on Sunday.

TVM2 will continue to broadcast a local Premier league football game every weekend, in addition to Champions League and Europa League matches.
