Two men injured each other in a fight in Paola last night.
The Police said that at around 10.30pm a Somalian man, aged 30 entered the Police station to report that shortly before, while he was at his residence in Triq tal-Borġ, he had an argument with another man.
The Police went on the scene and from initial investigations it resulted that the man had argued with another Somalia man, aged 26. Pointed weapons were allegedly used during the argument.
Because both of the two men were injured, the Police asked for medical assistance and they were taken to Mater Dei for treatment.
Later, the Somalian man, aged 26 was certified to have sustained grievous injuries while the other man had sustained slight injuries.
The Police are still investigating the case.
