Two passenger coaches collide at airport

Two coach drivers this morning went to a Health Centre for treatment following a collision at Malta International Airport.

The accident occurred at about 6.00 a.m., when an Aviaserv coach collided with an Air Malta coach. Neither of the coaches were carrying passengers at the time.

An MIA spokesperson stated that an internal inquiry has been opened to determine what led to the accident. No flights were affected.
