UPDATE: Two injured in Trump Tower fire

Two persons have been injured, one of them seriously, in a fire which developed on the 68th floor of Trump Tower, close to the centre of Manhattan in New York. US President Donald Trump was in Washington at the time of the fire.

Up to a year ago the President and his family still resided in the same tower.

Some 84 firemen were despatched to help control the fire, which appears to have developed from an electrical fault.
