UPDATED: Police searching for brother of alleged thief in Sliema hold-up

The Police are searching for another man of Albanese nationality in connection with the theft from the jewellery shop in Sliema.

The man’s name is Begtash Muka, aged 26. Muka is the brother of Daniel Muka, a suspect who was involved in the hold-up in which a substantial amount of jewellery was stolen from Diamonds International. Daniel Muka was arraigned in Court, and also charged with the attempted murder of a police officer.

The Police are appealing to all those with information about this person to contact the Police, even anonymously, on numbers  119 / 21 224001 or by phoning the Sliema police station on 2294 3351.
