Washington shooting suspect arrested

Washington Police have apprehended and arrested 20-year old Arcan Cetin, suspected of being behind the shooting on Friday at a commercial centre in Washington that led to the killing of five persons. The Police authorities said that Cetin, who was born in Turkey, has permanent and legal residence in the United States. The FBI said that it did not find any evidence that shows that the attack was linked to terrorism. Addressing the press, the Police said that it located Cetin after a car registered in his name was seen in a security camera video at the commercial centre during the shooting incident.
