Watch: Flight forced to make emergency landing after violent brawl breaks out on plane

Passengers who came to blows on an aeroplane ended up arrested with the flight from Manchester to Tenerife having to make an emergency landing.

It is not clear why the argument broke out, but those present said that a man had spat in a woman’s face, which led to the men coming to blows.

The video shows the two men arguing and two crew members trying to calm down the situation.

The plane was forced to land in Portugal, where seven people were arrested. In the video one of them is seeing being carried off and handcuffed by police.
