WATCH: Juncker tries to calm down an angry Theresa May

In video footage shot before the morning session on the second day of the European Union summit in Brussels, the European Commission President is seen trying to calm down UK Prime Minister Theresa May, who appears to be visibly angry.

It seems Prime Minister May expressed her annoyance regarding comments by President Juncker, who during a media conference late on Thursday evening urged the United Kingdom to clarify exactly what it wants when it discusses the Brexit agreement. Juncker said the UK needs to state what it wants, rather than asking what the European Union wants.

President Juncker declared that in the coming weeks the United Kingdom should come forward with its expectations, as the debate between both parties was not always being precise. It appears Prime Minister May did not tolerate these comments, with both leaders appearing to be involved in a head-to-head argument.
