WATCH: Man arrested after shooting from rooftop during argument with neighbours at Ghaxaq

The Police have arrested a 42-year-old man from Ghaxaq who fired shots from a shotgun from the roof of his home, after he allegedly had an argument with neighbours.

The incident took place at about 1.30 p.m. in Alley number 4, which is in St Mary Street, near Ghaxaq church.

It is understood that no one was injured in the incident.

tvm.com.mt is informed that the man had an argument with two neighbours who are carrying out home construction works. In the course of the argument the man went out on the roof of his home and started firing with a hunting shotgun.

The video shows the man being escorted out under arrest, as well as Police officers coming out of the house carrying the shotgun.

Also present was the man’s mother, in a state of shock and visibly emotional as she tried to embrace her son.
