A big violin-shaped boat is sailing through Venice main canals to promote the historic links between music and the famous city.
Four musicians are playing classical music on the boat.
The idea, which originated from Venice artist and sculptor Livio De Marchi, was approved by the city’s authorities. De Marchi dedicated the initiative as a tribute to the Covid victims.
The boat, named Noa’s Violin, is 12 metres long and four metres wide.
