WATCH: Standing ovation for Giorgia was not enough to get her into BGT finals

Maltese singer Giorgia Borg gave an excellent performance last night during the Britain’s Got Talent (BGT) semi-final and, in fact, on finishing her original song ‘Be Free’, she received a standing ovation from both the jury and the audience.

However despite charming the audience with her amazing voice, Giorgia still did not manage to go through to the finals of this very popular and prestigious talent contest.

Giorgia was the youngest participant in BGT, as at the age of 11 she managed to win the admiration of the jury for her vocal talents and abilities as a songwriter.
