WATCH: Youth barely escapes being knocked down by truck in Norway

A youth can thank his lucky stars, as he barely avoided being knocked down by a truck when he was jaywalking on a street in Norway. The incident had occurred in June, and was caught on the dash-cam of another driver using the same road.

A group of youths, probably students, are seen alighting from a bus. Two of them walked to the rear of the bus and tried to cross to the other side of the road.

At that point a truck was approaching from the opposite direction, and the driver found one of the youths right in front of him. The truck driver immediately applied the brakes, but the incident was also avoided through immediate action by the youth, who started running forward to avoid the truck.
