Wearing of masks once again mandatory in France

Masks have to be worn again in France.

French Health Minister Olivier Véran announced this during a media conference in Paris, in light of the increase in the number of Covid cases in the country.

Véran announced that the wearing of masks is mandatory in all public places, and added that the public will only be allowed to visit Christmas markets if a vaccine certificate is presented.

Meanwhile, masks will also have to be worn in public in Milan. This measure is expected to come into effect on Saturday and will apply until the end of the year.

Besides Austria, even Slovakia has declared a two-week countrywide lockdown following an increase in the number of new Covid cases.
