What does this mean?

Following a series of mysterious graffiti spotted in various areas around Malta, TVM received this photo of these words scribbled on a wall which led to a reaction by those passing from the area.

‘Maltese Out’ is written on a wall Triq Ħal Qormi, Luqa, near the offices of the Water Services Corporation. It is not known who did this graffiti or the motive behind it.

Last month, workers from the Cleansing and Maintenance Directorate removed a lot of the graffiti which was ruining the environment. Whoever is caught painting graffiti can end up in Court and will have to pay a fine.
