Woman found drowned in Balluta has been identified

The woman who was found dead in the sea at Balluta Bay in St Julians has been identified.

The Police said in a statement that it resulted from an autopsy the woman is a 43-year-old Chinese national.

The autopsy also confirmed a report by TVM on Tuesday that the woman had drowned.
