The 2017 Junior Eurovision Song Contest will take place on Sunday 26th November. The competition will be held in the Tbilisi Sports Palace in Georgia, located in the heart of the city.


The Malta Eurovision National Final will be held between January / February 2018. Year on Year, PBS continues to invest heavily to ensure that the Malta Eurovision Song Contest provides both the studio audiences and televiewers with a fantastic show and an enriched visual experience. The most awaited local song contest of the year, the Malta Eurovision Song Contest keeps the 250,000+ audiences glued to their seats.


The Eurovision Song Contest 2018 will be the 63rd edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. It will take place in Portugal, after its victory at the 2017 contest in Ukraine with the song “Amar pelos dois“, performed by Salvador Sobral. This will be the first time the contest will take place in Portugal. Contest dates have not yet been confirmed however the most probable dates are for the two semi-finals on 8 and 10 May and the final on 12 May 2018.

The 2018 FIFA World Cup RUSSIA TM is to be the 21st World Cup tournament, the international association football tournament that is scheduled to take place in Russia from14 June to 15 July 2018.

TVM will broadcast the 2018 FIFA World Cup RUSSIA TM set to be held in Russia. This will be the first World Cup ever held in Eastern Europe, and the first held in Europe since 2006  and is expected to delight spectators with its marvellous game and wonderful hosting.

The final tournament will involve 32 national teams, which include 31 teams determined through qualifying competitions and the automatically qualified host team. A total of 64 matches will be played in 12 venues located in 11 cities. The final is expected to take place in Moscow at the Luzhniki Stadium.

TVM will also broadcast a number of special programmes delving deeper in the 2018 FIFA World Cup TM  action.
