Public Broadcasting Services have announced that Ben Camille and Valerie Vella are to present the Junior Eurovision Song Contest which will be held in Malta on 20 November.
In recent years Ben Camille has taken part in a number of television productions, and has also presented the last edition of the Malta Eurovision Song Contest. He is presently one of the principal actors in Strada Stretta, besides presenting an afternoon programme on TVM.
Valerie Vella is no newcomer to television audiences. She has presented numerous television programmes in a career spanning nearly 22 years. Valerie has also presented the MESC on three occasions, and has given a commentary for the JESC on six consecutive occasions between 2004 and 2009.
In a comment to tvm.com.mt Valerie said she was very excited at being involved again in the Eurovision scene, and is inviting televiewers to prepare themselves for a grand spectacle and great entertainment.
At the start of the Festival presenter Larissa Bonaci will be presenting the Red Carpet part at the Mediterranean Conference Centre, and Taryn Mamo Cefai, better known for her role in Strada Stretta, will be presenting the opening ceremony from the Manoel Theatre.
