Biography:- Albert-Lauren Agius is a thirteen years old talented and charming teenager from Għajnsielem, Gozo.  As an artist, Albert-Lauren always conveys strong emotions and feelings to the audience; by interpreting his song to perfection whilst gets the message across his audience in an uplifting way. Albert-Lauren is charismatic and always enjoys meeting people and making new friends.

Albert-Lauren started singing from a young age and he won various singing competitions both locally and internationally. In April 2015, Albert-Lauren won Sanremo Junior Malta, which was televised ‘live’ on TVM managing the feat of winning the judges’ vote and the televoting award. This win gave him the opportunity to sing at the Ariston Theatre, with an orchestra in Sanremo, Italy and he won ‘Il Primo Premio del Comitato Internazionale di Sanremo’. After this amazing experience and achievement, Albert-Lauren was invited to sing on the popular show ‘Ħadd Għalik’.

His Malta Junior Eurovision Song Contest song ‘Paper Boats’, is close to his heart because it transmits his feelings to help others. In fact, ‘Paper Boats’ is about hope, courage and determination to move on, no matter what your situation is. One of Albert-Lauren’s dreams has always been to represent Malta at the Junior Eurovision and he feels that this year, he is competing for a chance to represent his country.
