National archives go digital

Documents found in the national archives are being turned into digital documents, in a bid to better preserve them and make them more accessible to the public.

A total of two million digital images, from documents and books, have been captured by a number of volunteers.

Parliamentary Secretary for Youth and Sport, Clyde Puli, said that in the near future, these digital images will be available online.
