Findings by a report on the Marsascala Family Park, raised eyebrows over possible abuses with variations costs varying by some 40%.
According to the report, a number of direct orders made prior to the official opening of the park increased by the said amount in favour of the seller.
Minister for Environment, Leo Brincat outlined plans to look into the report, and subsequently submit proposals in Parliament in order to address such shortcomings.
The Management Efficiency Unit, conducting the study said that the funds could have been abused of purposely or by negligence.
