UOM: Courses to help students set up shop commence

One particular course at the University of Malta targets prospective entrepreneurs in engineering, technology, sciences and media fields.

Following the setting up of the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Business Incubation at the University of Malta; the course aims to help the students set up their own business.

The students by the end of the course are expected to develop ideas and relevant skills for the setting up of their own particular business, explains the Director of the Corporate Reasearh and Knowlgedge Transfer, Anton Bartolo.

Interviewed by TVM.com.mt, Dr Bartolo said that the students will be assisted by experts in the field, in order to better face challenging aspects, such as financial or how to attract foreign investments.
